Evidence checklist before filing a consumer complaint
Build a reusable transaction record, chronology, issue statement, requested remedy and attachment index before choosing KPDN, TTPM or another channel.
A complaint handler should be able to understand who contracted, what was promised, what happened and what remedy is requested without reading hundreds of unlabelled screenshots.
What the official sources establish
KPDN, TTPM and sector regulators publish their own scope and filing requirements. A complete evidence pack supports routing but does not guarantee jurisdiction or success.
What to check
- Parties, date, product or service, amount and payment method are stated.
- Advertisement, contract, quotation, invoice and terms are saved in the version relied on.
- Chronology links each material event to an attachment.
- Requested remedy is specific, proportionate and sent to the business first where appropriate.
A practical way to decide
- Preserve originals and work from copies.
- Create a one-page chronology with numbered attachments.
- Send a concise written complaint and set a reasonable response date.
- Check the current remit, limit, deadline and procedure of the intended official channel.
A useful decision rule
Route by subject and remedy, not by which complaint form appears first in search. Financial, aviation, communications, professional and general consumer matters may have distinct processes.
Common mistake to avoid
Do not edit screenshots in a way that removes context or submit every unrelated message. Keep originals and redact sensitive information only on the complaint copy where permitted.
Keep the evidence
Save the dated product page, quotation or terms you relied on, together with receipts, model or registration numbers and written messages. Public pages and commercial terms can change; recheck the linked official sources before committing money or making a complaint.

A consumer has an unresolved transaction or service problem and needs a clear, portable evidence pack.
